У роботі надано характеристику історичних етапів і економічних умов виникнення та розвитку стратегічного планування діяльності підприємства; узагальнено базові положення змісту процесу стратегічного планування та реалізації стратегії діяльності підприємства; здійснено аналітичну оцінку діяльності вітчизняних м’ясопереробних підприємств з точки зору визначення основних передумов для її стратегічного планування, в тому числі аналіз сучасного стану планової діяльності з метою виявлення практики стратегічного планування; надано рекомендації щодо здійснення стратегічного планування та реалізації стратегій діяльності м’ясопереробних підприємств відповідно до сучасних умов їх функціонування у ринковому просторі. The paper describes the historical stages and economic conditions of the emergence and development of strategic planning of the enterprise; the basic provisions of the content of the process of strategic planning and implementation of the strategy of the enterprise are generalized; an analytical assessment of the activities of domestic meat processing enterprises in terms of determining the main prerequisites for its strategic planning, including an analysis of the current state of planning activities in order to identify the practice of strategic planning; recommendations for the implementation of strategic planning and implementation of strategies for meat processing enterprises in accordance with the current conditions of their operation in the market space.
