    Досліджено теоретичні основи управління людськими ресурсами. Визначено особливості діяльності менеджера у сфері управління людськими ресурсами. Досліджено сучасну практику визначення соціальної ефективності управління людськими ресурсами. Здійснено оцінювання соціальних аспектів управління людськими ресурсами на сучасному українському підприємстві. Визначено сучасні напрями розвитку потенціалу соціальної організації. Обґрунтовано основні напрями підвищення соціальної ефективності управління людськими ресурсами на підприємстві. Theoretical bases of human resources management are investigated. The peculiarities of the manager's activity in the field of human resources management are determined. The modern practice of determining the social efficiency of human resources management is investigated. The social aspects of human resources management at a modern Ukrainian enterprise have been assessed. The modern directions of development of potential of the social organization are defined. The main directions of increasing the social efficiency of human resources management at the enterprise are substantiated.
