    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичному узагальненню сфери капітального будівництва за допомогою господарсько-правових засобів, встановленню проблем правового регулювання і шляхів їх вирішення, а також формулюванню пропозицій щодо вдосконалення зазначеної сфери. В ході роботи було охарактеризовано загальнотеоретичні положення капітального будівництва, проаналізовано господарсько-правові засоби впливу капітального будівництва та визначено особливості їх застосування в системі містобудування. Розглянуто напрями удосконалення господарсько-правових засобів за допомогою державного регулювання в сфері капітального будівництва. The qualifying work is devoted theoretical use of the basic sphere of capital construction, which uses economic and legal means, identified the problem of legal regulation and ways of their use, as well as formed the proposed proposals for expanding a specific area. In the course of work was characterized general theoretical provisions of capital construction, the economic and legal means of influencing capital construction are analyzed and the peculiarities of their application in the urban planning system are determined. The directions of improvement of economic and legal means by means of the state regulation in the field of capital construction are considered.
