    У роботі уточнено категоріальний апарат дослідження, а саме сутність поняття «медіаінструменти», «ознайомлення з довкіллям», «педагогічні умови застосування медіаінструментів». Доведено що саме віковий діапазон 5–6 років є найбільш сприятливим та важливим у процесі формування культури використання медіаінструментів. Виявлено умови використання медіаресурсів під час ознайомлення дітей з природним довкіллям. The paper clarifies the categorical apparatus of the study, namely the essence of the concept of "media tools", "acquaintance with the environment", "pedagogical conditions for the use of media tools". It is proved that the age range of 5-6 years is the most favorable and important in the process of forming a culture of using media tools. The conditions of using media resources during acquaintance of children with the natural environment are revealed.
