    В даній роботі проаналізував стан розвитку винних турів на Півдні України, дослідив принципи організації та впровадження винного туризму. Запропонував новий тур «Винний смак Херсонщини», який виконаний по всім вимогам та правилам. Визначив мету подорожі, завдання, аудиторія тощо. Виділив шляхи вдосконалення, які дозволять покращити реалізацію та впровадження винного туру. In this paper he analyzed the state of development of wine tours in the South of Ukraine, explored the principles of organization and implementation of wine tourism. He proposed a new tour "Wine Taste of Kherson region", which is made according to all requirements and rules. Identified the purpose of the trip, tasks, audience, etc. Identified ways to improve that will improve the implementation and implementation of the wine tour.
