    Робота включає аналіз літературних джерел, формулювання детальної схеми проведення експерименту, статистичну обробку результатів експериментальних досліджень та визначення оптимальних умов вологості для засвоєння фосфору рослинами. Об'єктом дослідження є механізм фосфатрозчинних бактерій на поглинання фосфору рослинами, а предметом - засвоєння фосфору рослиною Arabidopsis thaliana під впливом бактерії Pseudomonas fluorescens в умовах різного рівня вологості. The work includes the analysis of literary sources, the formulation of a detailed scheme of the experiment, statistical processing of the results of experimental studies and the determination of optimal humidity conditions for phosphorus uptake by plants. The object of the study is the mechanism of phosphate- soluble bacteria on phosphorus uptake by plants, and the subject is the absorption of phosphorus by the plant Arabidopsis thaliana under the influence of the bacterium Pseudomonas fluorescens under different humidity levels.
