    Робота мала на меті дослідити вплив соціальних медіа на психічне здоров'я молоді з урахуванням аспектів самооцінки та емоційного стану. Шляхом комплексного аналізу були обґрунтовані теоретичні засади організації роботи з цією соціальною проблемою. Розглянули характерні особливості цільової групи та об’єкту дослідження - молоді, що використовують соціальні медіа. У роботі були розкриті особливості психологічної підтримки та соціальної адаптації цієї категорії молоді, а також визначено технологічні аспекти їхньої соціальної адаптації. The aim of the study was to investigate the impact of social media on the mental health of youth, taking into account aspects of self-esteem and emotional state. Through comprehensive analysis, theoretical foundations for addressing this social issue were substantiated. The characteristic features of the target group and the object of the study - youth using social media - were examined. The work revealed the peculiarities of psychological support and social adaptation of this category of youth, as well as identified the technological aspects of their social adaptation."
