    У роботі розкрито роль соціального супроводу у здійсненні соціальної роботи з військовослужбовцями; проаналізовано специфіку гендерної ідентичності в соціальній роботі із Захисниками та Захисницями України в умовах воєнного стану; розроблено проєкт Програми (соціальної ініціативи) соціального супроводу військовослужбовців в територіальній громаді; здійснено спробу надати рекомендації та пропозиції щодо удосконалення соціальної роботи із Захисниками та Захисницями України. The work reveals the role of social support in the implementation of social work with military personnel; the specifics of gender identity in social work with the Defenders of Ukraine under martial law were analyzed; the project of the Program (social initiative) of social support of military personnel in the territorial community was developed; an attempt was made to provide recommendations and proposals for improving social work with Defenders of Ukraine

    СОЦІАЛЬНИЙ СУПРОВІД ЗАХИСНИКІВ ТА ЗАХИСНИЦЬ УКРАЇНИ В МЕЖАХ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНИХ ГРОМАД

    Статтю присвячено аналізу ефективності соціального супроводу захисників і захисниць України на рівні територіальних громад, діючих правових та інституційних основ організації та запровадження соціального супроводу військових; окреслено проблеми, що обмежують ефективність існуючих програм, та перспективи розвитку соціального супроводу військових; піднімаються питання гендерних аспектів у визначенні ефективності та відповідності допомоги військовим. The article is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of the social support of defenders of Ukraine at the level of territorial communities, the current legal and institutional foundations of the organization and introduction of social support of the military; problems limiting the effectiveness of existing programs and prospects for the development of military social support are outlined; issues of gender aspects are raised in determining the effectiveness and appropriateness of assistance to the military.
