    ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ЗАКЛАДІВ КУЛЬТУРИ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ РОЗВИТКУ УКРАЇНИ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі визначено роль закладів культури у збереженні та розвитку вітчизняних культурних традицій в умовах сьогодення. Робота складається з двох розділів. У першому розділі роботи охарактеризовано сучасні заклади культури; досліджено діяльність закладів культури в умовах інноваційного розвитку держави. У другому – визначено форми діяльності та функції клубних об’єднань; проаналізовано особливості організації діяльності клубного закладу; розглянуто методику організації роботи клубного закладу (на прикладі Томинобалківського сільського будинку культури ім. Богдана Ступки). In qualifying work the role of establishments of culture is certain in maintenance and development of home cultural traditions in the conditions of present time. Work consists of two divisions. Modern establishments of culture are described in the first division of work; activity of establishments of culture is investigational in the conditions of innovative development of the state. In the second – the forms of activity and function of club associations are certain; the features of organization of activity of club establishment are analysed; methodology of organization of work of club establishment (on the example of Tomina Balka of rural house of culture the name of Bohdan Stupka) is considered.
