    Культурно-дозвіллєва діяльність являє собою доцільно організовану і змістовно наповнену активність великих груп людей або певної людини у вільний час, яка розвивається на основі людської потреби у зміні характеру діяльності, а також з метою рекреації та соціально-культурного розвитку. Форми і види цієї діяльності людина обирає самостійно, на основі індивідуальних уподобань, можливостей та рівня культурного розвитку, а також з урахуванням традицій, моди, впливу оточення. Cultural and leisure activities is an expediently organized and meaningful activity of large groups of people or a certain person in their free time, which develops on the basis of the human need to change the nature of activity, as well as for the purpose of recreation and social and cultural development. The person chooses the forms and types of this activity independently, on basis individual preferences, capabilities and level cultural development, as well as taking into account traditions, fashion, influence of the environment.
