    Система суддівського самоврядування: зарубіжний досвід та вітчизняна практика

    Робота присвячена дослідженню системи суддівського самоврядування. Проаналізовано теоретичні засади інституту суддівського самоврядування. З’ясовано сучасні організаційні форми суддівського самоврядування та встановлено критерії ефективності забезпечення професійних прав суддів. Досліджено світовий досвід правового регулювання органів суддівського самоврядування, виявлено тенденцію зміцнення системи суддівського самоврядування. Надано характеристику засад розвитку правового статусу суддівського самоврядування, виявлено його основні проблеми. Досліджено шляхи удосконалення системи суддівського самоврядування в Україні. The paper is devoted to the study of the system of judicial self-government. The theoretical foundations of the institute of judicial self-government are analyzed. Modern organizational forms of judicial self-government are clarified and criteria for the effectiveness of ensuring the professional rights of judges are established. The world experience of legal regulation of judicial self-government bodies is studied, the trend for strengthening the system of judicial self-government is revealed. There are presented the characteristics of the principles of development of the legal status of judicial self-government, its main problems are revealed. Ways to improve the system of judicial self-government in Ukraine are studied.
