    ОЦІНКА ВПЛИВУ ВИМУШЕНОГО ПЕРЕМІЩЕННЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯ НА РИНОК ПРАЦІ, БЕЗРОБІТТЯ ТА ЕКОНОМІКУ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ВІЙНИ

    У роботі дослідженно багатогранне явище вимушеного переміщення населення, його класифікація та сутність у контексті сучасних викликів, зумовлених військовим конфліктом в Україні. Проаналізовано ключові теорії та підходи до вивчення ринку праці в умовах війни, а також охарактеризовано поточний стан українського ринку праці в контексті масового переміщення. Досліджено динаміку рівня безробіття, ефективність державних і приватних ініціатив щодо інтеграції вимушених переселенців у трудовий процес. Представлено шляхи пом’якшення наслідків переміщення для національної економіки та висвітлено роль міжнародної допомоги у відновленні ринку праці. Запропоновано в роботі стратегії прогнозування та післявоєнного відновлення економіки й ринку праці в Україні. The paper explores the multifaceted phenomenon of forced population displacement, its classification and essence in the context of modern challenges caused by the military conflict in Ukraine. The key theories and approaches to studying the labor market in wartime conditions are analyzed, and the current state of the Ukrainian labor market in the context of mass displacement is characterized. The dynamics of the unemployment rate and the effectiveness of state and private initiatives to integrate forced migrants into the labor process are studied. Ways to mitigate the consequences of displacement for the national economy are presented and the role of international assistance in restoring the labor market is highlighted. The paper proposes a strategy for forecasting and post-war restoration of the economy and labor market in Ukraine.
