    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженні проблем теорії та практики правового статусу територіальної самооборони. В роботі проаналізовано передумови формування територіальної оборони України; визначено поняття територіальної оборони; розкрито змісту категорії «територіальна оборона»; проаналізовано систему законодавства в сфері правового регулювання територіальної оборони; досліджено правовий механізм контролю та регулювання діяльності територіальної оборони. Summary: Qualification work devoted to a comprehensive study of the problems of theory and practice of the legal status of territorial self-defense. The preconditions of formation of territorial defense of Ukraine are analyzed in the work; the concept of territorial defense is defined; the content of the category «territorial defense» is revealed; the system of legislation in the field of legal regulation of territorial defense is analyzed; the legal mechanism of control and regulation of territorial defense activity is investigated.
