    Робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей формування педагогічної культури у майбутніх викладачів закладів професійно-технічної освіти; проаналізовано педагогічну культуру спілкування здобувачів вищої освіти як інструмент розвитку особистості майбутніх викладачів; досліджено шляхи формування педагогічної культури у контексті підготовки майбутніх викладачів професійної освіти; розглянуто психолого-педагогічні аспекти формування педагогічної культури майбутніх викладачів професійної освіти. The work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of pedagogical culture in future teachers of vocational education institutions; the pedagogical culture of communication of higher education seekers as a tool for personal development of future teachers is analyzed; the ways of formation of pedagogical culture in the context of preparation of future teachers of professional education are investigated; psychological and pedagogical aspects of formation of pedagogical culture of future teachers of professional education are considered.
