    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню на теоретичному та законодавчому рівні Єдиної судової інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи України в контексті адміністративно-правових аспектів. В ході роботи було надано загальноправову характеристику Єдиної судової інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи України; виявлено адміністративно-правові засади функціонування Єдиної судової інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи України; висвітлено подальший розвиток функціонування Єдиної судової інформаційно-телекомунікаційної системи України з врахуванням зарубіжного досвіду та проблемних аспектів. The qualifying work is devoted to research at the theoretical and legislative level of the Unified judicial information and telecommunication system of Ukraine in the context of administrative and legal aspects. In the course of work was provided common legal characteristics of the Unified judicial information and telecommunication system of Ukraine; detected administrative and legal bases of functioning of the Unified judicial information and telecommunication system of Ukraine; highlighted further development of the functioning of the Unified judicial information and telecommunication system of Ukraine, taking into account foreign experience and problematic aspects.
