    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних аспектів щодо порядку відшкодування шкоди при перевищенні меж крайньої необхідності та необхідної оборони, а також визначенню проблемних моментів в окресленому питанні. В ході роботи було надано загальну характеристику перевищення меж як підстави крайньої необхідності та необхідної оборони, проаналізовано порядок відшкодування шкоди та захисту при перевищенні меж крайньої необхідності та необхідної оборони, враховуючи проблемні аспекти.
