    У роботі були проаналізовані основні фінансово-економічні показники господарської діяльності компанії, збутова політика цієї компанії та організаційна структура. На основі цього аналізу в аналітичній частині було запропоновано ряд заходів для удосконалення організаційної структури підприємства, підвищення ефективності збутової політики і як наслідок підвищення економічної ефективності роботи компанії. The main financial and economic indicators of the cimpany's economic acvity sales policy of this company and organizational structure were analyzed in the work. Based on this analysis the analytical part proposed a number of measures to improve the organizational structure of the enterprise, increase the efficiency of sales policy and as consequence increase the economic efficiency of the company.
