    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню комплексу методів управління процесами формування, розподілу й ефективного використання капіталу підприємства. У роботі визначено зміст поняття «капітал підприємства» та його значення, досліджено принципи та витоки формування капіталу підприємства. Визначено основні концепції управління структурою капіталу підприємства. Проаналізовано динаміку, структуру та рентабельність роздрібної торгівлі АТ «Укрпошта» та запропоновано комплексну технологію формування оптимальної структури капіталу торговельного підприємства. Qualification work is devoted to research of a complex of methods of management of processes of formation, distribution and effective use of the capital of the enterprise. The content of the concept of "enterprise capital" and its meaning are determined in the work, the principles and sources of enterprise capital formation are investigated. The basic concepts of management of the capital structure of the enterprise are defined. The dynamics, structure and profitability of retail trade of JSC "Ukrposhta" are analyzed and the complex technology of formation of the optimal capital structure of the trade enterprise is offered.
