    Стаття присвячена дослiдженню проблем в ocкapженні рiшень господарських судів до господарсъкого суду апеляційної iнстанцii. В ходi роботи розглянуто порядок оскарження рiшень суду першої інстанції до судiв апеляційної iнстанцiї в господарському судочинствi України. Визначено особливостi форми та змiсry рiшення, з'ясовано порядок розгляду справ господарськими судами апеляційної iнстанцiї. The article is devoted to the study of рrоblеms in appealing the decisions of commercial courts to the соmmеrсiаl court of арреаl. In the course of the work tho рrосеdurе of appealing the decisions of the court of first instance to the courts of appeal in the comrnercial proceedings of Ukraine is considered. The peculiarities of the fогm and corrtent of the decision аrе determined, the оrdеr of consideration of cases Ьу соmmеrсiаI courts of appeilate instance is clarified.
