    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу теоретичних напрацювань, які дозволили розглянути сучасний стан нормування праці, визначити ключові проблеми та опрацювати конкретні напрями удосконалення зазначеного питання з врахуванням досвіду розвинених країн. В ході роботи було надано загальну характеристику нормування праці, проаналізовано зміст основних видів норм праці як основоположних складових системи організації праці на підприємстві. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан нормування праці, визначено проблеми та сформульовано перспективи удосконалення зазначеного інституту. The qualifying work is devoted analysis of theoretical developments that allowed to consider current state of labor rationing, identify key issues and work out specific areas for improvement on this issue, taking into account the experience of developed countries. In the course of work was provided general characteristics of labor rationing, the content of the main types of labor standards as the basic components of the system of labor organization at the enterprise is analyzed. Characterized current state of labor rationing, identified problems and formulated prospects for improving this institution.
