    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню підвищення економічної ефективності підприємств в умовах сталого розвитку на прикладі АТ «Укрпошта». У роботі проаналізовано основні економічні показники діяльності підприємства та оцінено його кадрову структуру. Особливу увагу приділено цифровізації, модернізації та впровадженню інновацій як чинникам підвищення ефективності. Запропоновані рекомендації спрямовані на зміцнення конкурентоспроможності та забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства. The qualification thesis is devoted to the study of improving the economic efficiency of enterprises under sustainable development conditions using JSC “Ukrposhta” as an example. The paper analyzes the main economic indicators of the enterprise and evaluates its personnel structure. Particular attention is paid to digitalization, modernization, and the implementation of innovations as factors for improving efficiency. The proposed recommendations are aimed at strengthening the competitiveness and ensuring the sustainable development of the enterprise.
