Item СИСТЕМА ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИХ ЗАСОБІВ ЕМОЦІЙНОЇ РЕГУЛЯЦІЇ ПІДЛІТКІВ(2025) Короленко Н. В.У дипломній роботі розглядається проблема емоційної регуляції в підлітковому віці як важливого чинника психічного розвитку особистості. Метою дослідження є аналіз та систематизація психологічних засобів, що сприяють формуванню ефективної емоційної саморегуляції підлітків. У роботі визначено сутність понять «емоційна регуляція», «емоційний інтелект», «психологічні засоби регуляції», проаналізовано особливості емоційної сфери підлітків, охарактеризовано чинники, що впливають на розвиток навичок емоційного самоконтролю. Представлено результати емпіричного дослідження рівня сформованості емоційної регуляції у підлітків та ефективності застосування певних психологічних методик. Практичне значення роботи полягає у можливості використання запропонованої системи психологічних засобів у діяльності шкільних психологів, педагогів та батьків для підвищення емоційної стійкості та гармонійного розвитку підлітків. The thesis addresses the issue of emotional regulation in adolescence as an essential factor of personal psychological development. The purpose of the research is to analyze and systematize psychological tools that contribute to the formation of effective emotional self-regulation among adolescents. The paper defines the concepts of “emotional regulation,” “emotional intelligence,” and “psychological tools of regulation,” and examines the characteristics of adolescents’ emotional sphere and the factors influencing the development of emotional self-control skills. The results of an empirical study on the level of emotional regulation development and the effectiveness of specific psychological methods are presented. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed system of psychological tools in the work of school psychologists, teachers, and parents to enhance adolescents’ emotional resilience and promote their harmonious development.
