    В роботі проаналізовано історико-правові основи становлення та розвитку основ міжнародної кримінальної відповідальності; охарактеризовано міжнародну кримінальну відповідальність у Стародавньому світі та Середньовіччі; розкрито особливості становлення та розвитку кримінальної відповідальності у міжнародному публічному праві у ХХ ст.; досліджено міжнародно-правовий механізм притягнення до кримінальної відповідальності; проаналізовано інституційно-управлінські засади сучасної міжнародно-правової системи кримінальної відповідальності; розкрито основні форми притягнення до кримінальній відповідальності у випадку порушення міжнародного миру та безпеки; досліджено особливості проведення операцій по підтримці миру та безпеки як форма профілактики міжнародних кримінальних посягань. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the international legal mechanism of criminal liability in public international law. The historical and legal bases of formation and development of bases of the international criminal responsibility are analyzed in the work; characterized the international criminal responsibility in the ancient world and the Middle Ages; the peculiarities of the formation and development of criminal responsibility in international public law in the twentieth century are revealed; the international legal mechanism of bringing to criminal responsibility is investigated; the institutional and managerial principles of the modern international legal system of criminal responsibility are analyzed; the main forms of criminal prosecution in case of violation of international peace and security are revealed; The peculiarities of peacekeeping and security operations as a form of prevention of international criminal encroachments have been studied.
