    УПРАВЛІННЯ ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯМ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У ЗАКЛАДАХ ПОЗАШКІЛЬНОЇ ОСВІТИ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти створення стратегії управління впровадженням інноваційних технологій у позашкільній освіті в умовах цифрової трансформації. Уточнено ключові поняття інноваційної діяльності та визначено особливості інноваційного освітнього середовища, що сприяє розвитку творчості, критичного мислення та самореалізації дітей. Розроблено алгоритм упровадження інновацій, який охоплює діагностику, формування цілей, планування, реалізацію, моніторинг і коригування процесів. Запропоновано систему внутрішнього моніторингу та анкетування педагогів як інструменти оцінки готовності до нововведень і підвищення якості управлінських рішень. Доведено, що ефективне управління інноваціями забезпечується стратегічним підходом, професійною компетентністю педагогів, належними ресурсами та якісним моніторингом. Результати роботи створюють основу для подальших досліджень цифрового лідерства та інноваційного потенціалу педагогічних колективів. The qualification work explores the theoretical and practical aspects of creating a management strategy for the implementation of innovative technologies in extracurricular education in the context of digital transformation. The key concepts of innovative activity are clarified and the features of an innovative educational environment that promotes the development of creativity, critical thinking, and self-realization of children are identified. An algorithm for implementing innovations has been developed, which includes diagnostics, goal setting, planning, implementation, monitoring, and process adjustment. A system of internal monitoring and questionnaires for teachers is proposed as tools for assessing readiness for innovations and improving the quality of management decisions. It has been proven that effective innovation management is ensured by a strategic approach, professional competence of teachers, appropriate resources, and high-quality monitoring. The results of the work create a basis for further research into digital leadership and the innovative potential of teaching staff.
