    В роботі досліджено теоретичні положення та розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо управління фінансово- економічною безпекою підприємства. Обґрунтуване удосконалення управління фінансово-економічною безпекою ТОВ «Віконний завод «Основа» шляхом оптимізації товарно-матеріальних запасів підприємства.Розглянуто організаційно-методичні засади обліково- аналітичного забезпечення управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства,принципи організації управління фінансово- економічною безпекою підприємства,загальна характеристика ТОВ «Віконний завод «Основа»,проведений аналіз фінансових результатів діяльності та оцінений рівень фінансово-економічної безпеки ТОВ «Віконний завод «Основа»,проаналізований вплив загроз на фінансово-економічну безпеку ТОВ «Віконний завод «Основа»,визначені напрями удосконалення управління фінансово- економічною безпекою українських суб’єктів господарювання у сучасних умовах. The article studies theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for managing the financial and economic security of the enterprise. Reasonable improvement of the financial and economic security management of the "Osnova Window Factory" LLC by optimizing the company's inventory. The organizational and methodological principles of accounting and analytical support for the management of the financial and economic security of the enterprise, the principles of the organization of the management of the financial and economic security of the enterprise, the general characteristics of the LLC are considered "Osnova Window Factory", conducted an analysis of financial results and assessed the level of financial and economic security of "Osnova Window Factory" LLC, analyzed the impact of threats on the financial and economic security of "Osnova Window Factory" LLC, identified directions for improving financial and economic management security of Ukrainian business entities in modern conditions.
