    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню стадій кримінального процесу в законодавстві України. В роботі проаналізовано проаналізував поняття, зміст та завдання стадії досудового розслідування; особливості стадії судового розгляду кримінального провадження; правовий механізм реалізації стадії оскарження рішень по кримінальному провадження; стадія виконання вироків та інших рішень суду у кримінальному провадженні; система стадій кримінального процесу в країнах континентальної та англосаксонської правової системи; недоліки та перспективи удосконалення системи стадії кримінального провадження в Україні з урахуванням світового досвіду. Qualification work is devoted to the study of stages of the criminal process in the legislation of Ukraine. The paper analyzes the concept, content and objectives of the pre-trial investigation stage; features of the stage of criminal proceedings; legal mechanism for implementing the stage of appealing against decisions in criminal proceedings; stage of execution of sentences and other court decisions in criminal proceedings; the system of stages of the criminal process in the countries of the continental and Anglo-Saxon legal system; shortcomings and prospects for improving the system of criminal proceedings in Ukraine, taking into account world experience.
