Актуальність теми обумовлюється необхідністю на сучасному етапі суспільного розвитку формування гармонійно розвинених висококваліфікованих майбутніх фахівців за допомогою вироблення професійних цінностей у них, які свідчитимуть про їх професійно-творчий розвиток у майбутній професійній діяльності та формування професійних компетенцій. Теоретична частина розкриває особливості ціннісно-смислової сфери особистості, типологію систем ціннісних орієнтацій, сутність поняття «професійні цінності». В практичній частині викладені результати психодіагностичного дослідження, результати статистичної обробки даних, зокрема t-критерію Стьюдента для незалежних вимірів, що дозволило дослідити динаміку професійних цінностей студентів першого та четвертого курсу бакалаврського рівня вищої освіти. Результати дослідження оброблені якісно і кількісно, представлені в таблицях та діаграмах. The relevance of the topic is due to the need at the present stage of social development of harmoniously developed highly qualified future professionals through the development of professional values in them, which will indicate their professional and creative development in future professional activities and the formation of professional competencies. The theoretical part reveals the features of the value-semantic sphere of personality, the typology of systems of value orientations, the essence of the concept of "professional values".The practical part presents the results of psychodiagnostic research, the results of statistical data processing, in particular the Student's t-test for independent measurements, which allowed to study the dynamics of professional values of first and fourth year students of bachelor's degree. The results of the study are processed qualitatively and quantitatively, presented in tables and diagrams.
