    ДИДАКТИКО-МЕТОДИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ САМОСТІЙНИХ ЗАНЯТЬ ФІЗИЧНИМИ ВПРАВАМИ ДІТЕЙ МОЛОДШОГО ШКІЛЬНОГО ВІКУ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню дидактико-методичних аспектів організації самостійних занять фізичними вправами дітей молодшого шкільного віку. В результаті дослідження встановлено, що рівень фізичної підготовленості хлопчиків та дівчаток експериментальної групи суттєво підвищився порівняно з аналогічним рівнем в учнів контрольної групи. Результати приросту за показниками розвитку фізичних якостей серед учнів експериментальної групи становили на рівні 14,4%-91,9% у хлопчиків та 12,1%-89,8% у дівчаток, тоді як подібні результати приросту показників серед учнів контрольної групи становили – 3,8%-46,1% у хлопчиків і 4,2%-37,1% у дівчаток. Qualification work is devoted to the study of didactic and methodological aspects of the organization of independent physical exercises for children of primary school age. The study found that the level of physical fitness of boys and girls in the experimental group increased significantly compared to the same level in students of the control group. The results of the growth of physical qualities among students of the experimental group were at the level of 14.4% -91.9% for boys and 12.1% -89.8% for girls, while similar results of growth among students of the control group were - 3.8% -46.1% for boys and 4.2% -37.1% for girls.
