    ГРОМАДЯНСТВО ЯК ІНСТИТУТ КОНСТИТУЦІЙНОГО ПРАВА В УКРАЇНІ ТА ЗАРУБІЖНИХ КРАЇНАХ: ПОРІВНЯЛЬНО-ПРАВОВИЙ АНАЛІЗ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному теоретичному дослідженні правових інституту громадянства в Україні та зарубіжних країнах, зокрема, в Канаді та ОАЕ. В ході роботи було охарактеризовано поняття, сутність і принципи інституту громадянства; досліджено конституційно-правове регулювання громадянства в Україні; надано оцінку порядку набуття та припинення громадянства в зарубіжних країнах; проведено порівняльний аналіз норм чинного законодавства інституту громадянства України та Канади з Об’єднаними арабськими еміратами, шляхом дослідження законодавства Канади та ОАЕ в порівнянні з українським. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive theoretical study of the legal institutes of citizenship in Ukraine and abroad, in particular, in Canada and the UAE. In the course of the work the concept, essence and principles of the institution of citizenship were described; the constitutional and legal regulation of citizenship in Ukraine is studied; an assessment of the procedure for acquiring and terminating citizenship in foreign countries; a comparative analysis of the current legislation of the Institute of Citizenship of Ukraine and Canada with the United Arab Emirates, by studying the legislation of Canada and the UAE in comparison with the Ukrainian.
