Фокус зосереджено довкола комунікативних ролей учасників теледебатів, що відображають соціальну стратифікацію, та способів і засобів їх реалізації у мовленні комунікантів. American presidential TV debates are viewed from the standpoint of critical discourse analysis. The attention is focused upon the communicative roles of TV debates participants which reflect social stratification. Ways and means of realization of those roles have been represented in the article.
