    Робота присвячена індивідуальному підходу у тренуванні підлітків які спеціалізуються у вільній боротьбі. В першому розділі автором проаналізовано індивідуальний підхід у вільній боротьбі як складова спортивної підготовки, класифікація індивідуальних особливостей, перелік показників індивідуальності. У другому розділі розглядаються педагогічні та морфо-функціональні основи індивідуалізації, розглядаються проблеми індивідуалізації в фізичному вихованні та спорту. Висновки логічно витікають з поставлених завдань і повністю їх розкривають. In the first section, the author analyzes the individual approach in wrestling as a component of sports training, classification of individual characteristics, a list of indicators of individuality. In the second section the pedagogical and morpho-functional bases of individualization are considered, the problems of individualization in physical education and sports are considered. Conclusions logically follow from the tasks and fully disclose them.
