Abstract: The paper investigates the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of personnel policy, clarifies the concept of "personnel"; methods of development and implementation of personnel policy and factors influencing its formation. On the example of an enterprise, the author analyzes the personnel policy and provides opportunities for its improvement.
