    Стаття присвячена дослідженню українського підприємництва кінця ХІХ- на початку ХХ століття в шкільному курсі історії України, висвітлює значне зростання різних галузей промисловості та їх вплив на сучасну економіку. У статті також висвітлюються історії видатних підприємців того часу, які заклали основи економічного зростання країни та впроваджували передові досягнення науки й техніки. Особливу увагу приділено таким підприємцям, як родина Терещенків, а також родині Фальц-Фейнів, чия діяльність у Херсонській області сприяла колосальному розвитку місцевих господарств і підприємств, їхній внесок значно підвищував економічні показники Херсонщини та всього Півдня України. Ця тема є важливою для вивчення в школі, оскільки знайомить учнів з історією розвитку підприємництва на наших землях, формує розуміння економічних процесів і значення інновацій у становленні сучасної економіки. The article is devoted to the study of Ukrainian entrepreneurship in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries in the school course of Ukrainian history, highlighting the significant growth of various industries and their impact on the modern economy. The article also highlights the stories of prominent entrepreneurs of that time who laid the foundations for the country's economic growth and introduced advanced scientific and technological achievements. Particular attention is paid to such entrepreneurs as the Tereshchenko family and the Falz-Feinfamily, whose activities in the Kherson region contributed to the tremendous development of local farms and enterprises. Their contribution significantly boosted the economic performance of the Kherson region and the whole of southern Ukraine. This topic is important for studying at school, as it introduces students to the history of entrepreneurship in our land, forms an understanding of economic processes and the importance of innovation in the development of the modern economy.

    Метою робити є аналіз змісту та підходів до викладання теми українського підприємництва кінця XIX — початку ХХ століття в шкільному курсі історії України, а також визначення його впливу на формування економічних знань і світогляду учнів. Робота зосереджена на вивченні українського підприємництва кінця ХІХ — початку ХХ століття в шкільному курсі історії України, акцентуючи увагу на розвитку різних галузей промисловості та їхньому впливі на сучасну економіку. Окрему увагу приділено біографіям видатних підприємців цього періоду, які сприяли економічному піднесенню країни та впроваджували новітні науково-технічні досягнення. У роботі також розглядається питання актуальності вивчення українського підприємництва в школі і формування економічної свідомості у молодого покоління. Вивчення підприємницької діяльності на рубежі XIX - XX століть дозволяє учням усвідомити складність процесів економічного розвитку, розкрити особисті ініціативи, інновації та роль кооперації у становленні національної економіки. Це, у свою чергу, допоможе виховати відповідне ставлення до економічних процесів та активної громадянської позиції учнів. Abstract: The purpose of the study is to analyse the content and approaches to teaching the topic of Ukrainian entrepreneurship in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries in the school history course of Ukraine, as well as to determine its impact on the formation of economic knowledge and worldview of students. The work focuses on the study of Ukrainian entrepreneurship in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries in the school history course of Ukraine, with a focus on the development of various industries and their impact on the modern economy. Particular attention is paid to the biographies of prominent entrepreneurs of this period who contributed to the country's economic growth and introduced the latest scientific and technological achievements. The paper also addresses the issue of the relevance of studying Ukrainian entrepreneurship at school and the formation of economic awareness among the younger generation. The study of entrepreneurial activity at the turn of the XIX - XX centuries allows students to understand the complexity of economic development processes, to discover personal initiatives, innovations and the role of cooperation in the formation of the national economy. This, in turn, will help to foster an appropriate attitude to economic processes and active citizenship among students.
