    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженні розробки нової концепції банкетного обслуговування на прикладі ресторанного комплексу «Моцарт». Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції організації банкетів, включаючи персоналізацію послуг, інноваційні меню та інтерактивні елементи. Розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації роботи персоналу, логістики та управління ресурсами. Особлива увага приділена створенню унікальної атмосфери заходів через дизайн інтер'єру, музичний супровід та тематичні сценарії. На основі впровадженої концепції оцінено її вплив на задоволеність клієнтів та прибутковість ресторанного комплексу. Висновки підкреслюють важливість інноваційного підходу та орієнтації на потреби замовників у сфері банкетного бізнесу. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the development of a new concept of banquet service using the example of the Mozart restaurant complex. Modern trends in banquet organization are analyzed, including personalization of services, innovative menus and interactive elements. Recommendations are developed for optimizing personnel work, logistics and resource management. Special attention is paid to creating a unique atmosphere of events through interior design, musical accompaniment and thematic scenarios. Based on the implemented concept, its impact on customer satisfaction and profitability of the restaurant complex is assessed. The conclusions emphasize the importance of an innovative approach and orientation towards customer needs in the banquet business.
