ВИВЧЕННЯ ГЕОГРАФІЧНОГО ПОЛОЖЕННЯ В ШКІЛЬНОМУ КУРСІ ГЕОГРАФІЇ

Метою роботи стало вивчення особливостей поглядів та підходів щодо географічного положення як наукової категорії. Етапами роботи стали: проведення географічного аналізу дефініції «географічне положення» в системі основних географічних категорій та базових понять; актуалізація теоретичних і прикладних значень категорії «географічне положення»; запропоновано напрямки використання знань і методів дослідження географічного положення в шкільному курсі географії. Чинна програма географії для 10-11 класів (рівня стандарт) передбачає своєю загальною метою (саме в 10 класі) формування в школярів адекватної сучасної географічної картини світу на прикладі вивчення існуючих систем розселення The aim of the work was to study the peculiarities of views and approaches to geographical location as a scientific category. The stages of the work were: conducting a geographical analysis of the definition of "geographical location" in the system of basic geographical categories and basic concepts; actualization of theoretical and applied values of the category "geographical location"; the directions of use of knowledge and methods of research of geographical position in a school course of geography are offered. The current program of geography for grades 10-11 (standard level) provides for its overall goal (namely in grade 10) to form in students an adequate modern geographical picture of the world on the example of the study of existing settlement systems.

В статті розглядається значення географічного положення як головної ознаки об’єкта географічного положення. Проаналізовано місце категорії «географічне положення» в програмних завданнях географії 10 класу рівня стандарт. The article considers the importance of geographical location as the main feature of the object of geographical location. The place of the category "geographical position" in the program tasks of geography of the 10th grade of the standard level is analyzed.
