Нова парадигма управління, що відповідає вимогам часу, в зв’язку з реалізацією антикризової стратегії держави і комерційних організацій, спрямованої на вихід з економічної кризи і перехід на інноваційний шлях розвитку, зумовила розгляд характеристик фінансового менеджменту, його структури, моделей, інвестування та фінансування з використанням елементів стратегічного і тактичного фінансового менеджменту. The work is devoted to the development of a systematic approach to the elements of financial management of commercial organizations, the construction of its structure, as well as the appropriate adaptation of foreign experience in the development of financial management to the financial activities of domestic enterprises. A new paradigm of management that meets the requirements of the time, in connection with the implementation of anti-crisis strategy of the state and commercial organizations aimed at overcoming the economic crisis and the transition to innovative development, led to consideration of financial management, its structure, models, investment and financing. using elements of strategic and tactical financial management.
