    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню ретроспективи виникнення і розвитку основних методів криміналістичної реєстрацiï та iдентифікації особи. Визначено теоретичний аспект криміналістичної ідентифікації, описати багатогранність цього поняття; розкрито поняття та методи криміналістичної ідентифікації, об'єктів, суб'єктів, форм і видів криміналістичної ідентифікації; встановлено ідентифікаційнi ознаки, ідентифікаційний період, ідентифікаційне поле та стадіï процесу ідентифікаційного дослідження і т.п.; досліджено сліди людини як об'єкта криміналістичної ідентифікації і класифікацію властивостей, особливостей людини, на підставі яких діють методи криміналістичної ідентифікації особи; розглянуто основні методи криміналістичної ідентифікації особи і використовування застосованих і результативних методів; досліджено проблеми участі спеціаліста та призначення певних ідентифікаційних експертних досліджень. Qualification work is devoted to the study of retrospectives of the emergence and development of basic methods of forensic registration and identification. The theoretical aspect of forensic identification is determined, to describe the versatility of this concept; the concepts and methods of forensic identification, objects, subjects, forms and types of forensic identification are revealed; identified identification features, identification period, identification field and stages of the identification research process, etc .; traces of the person as object of criminalistic identification and classification of properties, features of the person on the basis of which methods of criminalistic identification of the person operate are investigated; the basic methods of forensic identification of the person and use of the applied and effective methods are considered; the problems of specialist participation and appointment of certain identification expert researches are investigated.
