    ВЗАЄМОЗВʼЯЗОК САМООЦІНКИ І МОТИВАЦІЇ НАВЧАЛЬНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ СТУДЕНТІВ

    Робота присвячена дослідженню взаємозвʼязку самооцінки та мотивації навчальної діяльності студентів. Визначено сутність самооцінки та навчальної мотивації, а також їх значення у формуванні ефективної навчальної діяльності у сучасному освітньому середовищі. Виявлено основні психологічні чинники, що впливають на рівень самооцінки та особливості мотивації студентів. Описано роль самооцінки у формуванні внутрішньої мотивації, навчальної активності та здатності до саморегуляції. Для визначення особливостей взаємозвʼязку самооцінки та мотивації проведено емпіричне дослідження. З урахуванням отриманих результатів та визначених психологічних чинників розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо підвищення рівня самооцінки та формування внутрішньої навчальної мотивації студентів. Продемонстровано можливості використання результатів дослідження у практичній діяльності психологів та викладачів закладів вищої освіти. The work is devoted to the study of the relationship between self-esteem and motivation of students’ learning activity. The essence of self-esteem and learning motivation, as well as their role in the formation of effective educational activity in the modern educational environment, are defined. The main psychological factors influencing the level of self-esteem and the characteristics of students’ motivation are identified. The role of self-esteem in the development of intrinsic motivation, learning activity, and self-regulation is described. An empirical study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-esteem and learning motivation. Taking into account the obtained results and identified psychological features, methodological recommendations for increasing the level of self-esteem and developing intrinsic learning motivation among students have been developed. The possibilities of using the research results in the practical work of psychologists and teachers of higher education institutions are demonstrated.
