    РОЛЬ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННОГО БІЗНЕСУ У ВІДНОВЛЕННІ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНИХ ГРОМАД ХЕРСОНЩИНИ

    У роботі досліджено роль готельно-ресторанного бізнесу у відновленні соціально-економічного потенціалу територіальних громад Херсонщини в умовах післявоєнного відновлення. Розглянуто значення підприємств готельно-ресторанного господарства як важливого чинника розвитку місцевої економіки, створення робочих місць, забезпечення зайнятості населення та формування сприятливого інвестиційного клімату. Проаналізовано сучасний стан галузі в регіоні, основні виклики її функціонування та можливості для подальшого розвитку. Особливу увагу приділено впливу готельно-ресторанного бізнесу на активізацію підприємницької діяльності, розвиток туристичної інфраструктури та підвищення привабливості територіальних громад. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження ефективних механізмів підтримки підприємств галузі, залучення інвестицій та розвитку партнерства між органами місцевого самоврядування, бізнесом і громадськістю. Визначено перспективні напрями розвитку готельно-ресторанного сектору як інструменту забезпечення сталого соціально-економічного відновлення Херсонщини. The paper examines the role of the hotel and restaurant business in restoring the socio-economic potential of territorial communities in the Kherson region during the post-war recovery period. The importance of hospitality enterprises as a key driver of local economic development, job creation, employment support, and the formation of a favorable investment climate is analyzed. The current state of the industry in the region, the main challenges to its operation, and opportunities for further development are identified. Special attention is paid to the impact of the hotel and restaurant sector on stimulating entrepreneurial activity, developing tourism infrastructure, and increasing the attractiveness of territorial communities. The study substantiates the need to implement effective support mechanisms for hospitality enterprises, attract investments, and strengthen cooperation among local authorities, businesses, and community organizations. Promising directions for the development of the hotel and restaurant sector as a tool for sustainable socio-economic recovery of the Kherson region are determined.
