    У роботі розкрито сутність поняття «споживчі практики» в сучасному соціологічному дискурсі; дослідженно споживчі практики у просторі глобального суспільства ХХІ століття; проаналізовано роль пандемії COVID – 19 у трансформаціях соціального світу; наведено результати проведеного авторкою соціального дослідження впливу пандемії COVID – 19 на споживчі практики мешканців (пенсіонерів) міста Херсон. За результатами дослідження запропоновано комплекс рекомендацій для фахівців сфери обслуговування щодо змін в споживчих практиках. The essence of the concept of "consumer practices" in modern sociological discourse is revealed in the work; research consumer practices in the space of global society of the XXI century; the role of the COVID - 19 pandemic in the transformations of the social world is analyzed; The results of the author 's social research on the impact of the COVID - 19 pandemic on the consumer practices of Kherson residents (retirees) are presented. According to the results of the study, a set of recommendations for service professionals on changes in consumer practices is proposed.
