Qualification work is devoted to the analysis to determine the development of legal protection of computer programs; to single out the legal nature of the computer program and the problems of protection of rights to them; describe the administrat ive and criminal liability for the use of software without a license; identify problems of judicial protection of copyrights infringed on the Internet.
