    ПІДХОДИ ДО СТВОРЕННЯ МООС (ДОСВІД ЛКА)

    У статті розглянуто проблеми, притаманні нинішньому етапу розвитку вітчизняного ринку масових відкритих онлайн курсів (MOOC). З огляду на мету дослідження, описано вітчизняний досвід у цій сфері, а також запропоновано і обґрунтовано низку критеріїв та методичних підходів до впровадження MOOC у вищих навчальних закладах. Наведено приклад розробки MOOC у Львівській комерційній академії (ЛКА). Вивчено основні чинники, що визначають успіх цієї освітньої інновації на вітчизняному ринку: програмні платформи, мультимедійні програмні засоби для створення відеолекцій, структуру курсу та підтримку навчального процесу. Проаналізовано результати навчання на цьому курсі, що може справити позитивний вплив на функціонування ринку MOOC в українських вищих навчальних закладах. Визначено шляхи вдосконалення процесу розробки та впровадження MOOC у вищих навчальних закладах на прикладі ЛКА, де для дистанційного навчання використовувався Веб-центр на платформі MOODLE. Подальші дослідження повинні бути спрямовані на розробку організаційних механізмів, що забезпечують ефективне проектування, впровадження та функціонування MOOC в вузах України. Особлива увага під час навчання на масових відкритих онлайн курсах повинна бути спрямована на вдосконалення навчального процесу та посилення мотивації студентів. Досвід створення MOOC в ЛКА може бути корисним при створенні аналогічних курсів в інших вищих навчальних закладах як на MOODLE, так і на інших платформах. The article presents a number of problems, determining the current state of development of the domestic market of massive open online courses (MOOC). Considering the aim of the research, there is described national experience in this area, proposed and substantiated a number of the criteria and methodological approaches to the implementation of MOOC in higher education. The development of MOOC in the Lviv Academy of Commerce (LAC) is reviewed as example. The main factors which determine the success of this educational innovation in the domestic market and are put under the research are software platforms, multimedia software for creating video lectures, course structure and support the learning process. The results of study which have been analyzed in this course can have a positive impact on the functioning of the market MOOC in Ukrainian universities. The article focuses on finding the ways of improving the process of developing and implementing MOOC in higher education in the example of LAC where Web-center on the MOODLE platform is used for e-learning. Further research should focus on the development of institutional mechanisms to ensure the effective design, implementation and operation of the MOOC in the universities in Ukraine. Particular attention during learning in massive open online course should be aimed at improving the educational process and to strengthen student's motivation in MOOC. Experience of MOOC's development in LAC can be useful at creating similar courses at other institutions of higher education in the different platforms, both MOODLE, and on the others.

    ІННОВАЦІЙНІ CLOUD COMPUTING: ВИКЛИКИ ДЛЯ ОСВІТИ

    У статті розглянуто проблеми, притаманні розвитку таких інновацій в освіті, як cloud computing, що належать до ключових трендів розвитку IT-сфери в 21 столітті. Зсфери в 21 столітті. З огляду на мету дослідження, описано парадигму cloud computing, досліджено розвиток хмарних обчислень у сфері бізнесу та виклики для освіти, з цим пов`язані. Cьогодні освітніьогодні освітні установи, зокрема університети, разом із багатьма іншими організаціями та підприємствами визнають cloud computing корисними для спрощення ведення та адміністрування процесів, а також поліпшення загального спілкування співробітників. Описано стан реалізації хмарних проектів у вищій школі. Визначено передумови запровадження Сloud computing в освіті та складові навчального процесу у вищій школі зloud computing в освіті та складові навчального процесу у вищій школі з використанням хмарних технологій. Наведено приклад нових навчальних дисциплін і хмарних проектів з cloud computing в університетах, зокрема у Львівському навчально-сфери в 21 столітті. Знауковому інституті «Університет банківської справи». Описано підходи до створення хмарно орієнтованого навчального середовища (ХОНСloud computing в освіті та складові навчального процесу у вищій школі з) у вищій школі , що можуть бути реалізовані за допомогою хмарних сервісів, переміщення Learning Management System (LMS) у «хмару», а також інтеграції Learning Management System ( також розширення функціоналу її підсистем і ресурсів), програмного забезпечення та хмарних сервісів. Наведено приклади реалізації хмарно орієнтованого навчального середовища в українських університетах, зокрема у Львівському навчально-сфери в 21 столітті. Знауковому інституті державного вищого навчального закладу «Університет банківської справи». Окреслено тенденції та перспективи розвитку cloud computing з урахуванням їхніх переваг і ризиків для використання у секторі освіти. The article deals with the problems inherent in the development of such innovations in education as cloud computing, which belong to the key trends of IT sphere development in the 21st century. Taking into account the purpose of the study, the cloud computing paradigm is described, the development of cloud computing in the business sector and the challenges for the education are explored. Today, educational institutions, in particular universities, along with many other organizations and enterprises, recognize cloud computing as useful for simplifying process management and administration as well as improving overall employee communication. The state of implementation of cloud projects in the high school is described.
