    АНАЛІЗ ТЕНДЕНЦІЙ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВ РОЗВИТКУ РИНКУ ПРАЦІ У ФІНАНСОВОМУ СЕКТОРІ

    У ході дослідження проаналізовано сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку ринку праці у фінансовому секторі України. Визначено ключові тенденції: цифровізація, автоматизація, зростання попиту на аналітиків, фахівців з ризик-менеджменту, фінансового комплаєнсу та кібербезпеки. Авторка виявила проблеми, зокрема відтік кваліфікованих кадрів за кордон, вплив війни на сектор, розрив між підготовкою випускників та реальними потребами ринку, часткову тінізацію зайнятості. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення: модернізація освітніх програм, розвиток цифрових навичок, підтримка тісної співпраці між закладами освіти та бізнесом. The study analyzed the current state and prospects for the development of the labor market in the financial sector of Ukraine. Key trends were identified: digitalization, automation, increasing demand for analysts, risk management specialists, financial compliance and cybersecurity. The author identified problems, in particular, the outflow of qualified personnel abroad, the impact of the war on the sector, the gap between the training of graduates and the real needs of the market, and partial shadowing of employment. Solutions were proposed: modernization of educational programs, development of digital skills, and support for close cooperation between educational institutions and business.
