    ФІЗИЧНА ТЕРАПІЯ У СЕНСОРНІЙ ІНТЕГРАЦІЇ ДІТЕЙ ІЗ РОЗЛАДАМИ АУТИСТИЧНОГО СПЕКТРУ

    Аутизм – це загальне порушення розвитку, що характеризується екстремальною самотністю дітей, патологією їх психологічного взаємозв'язку, певною стереотипністю у поведінці, страхом нових змін, однотипністю емоційних операцій, бажань та інтересів. Особливий, надзвичайно характерний тип психічного дизонтогенезу. Сенсорна інтеграція впливає на всі сфери і функції психомоторного розвитку дитини . Завдяки різноманітним фізичним вправам у сенсорній інтеграції і широкому спектру застосування рухових ігор, різних видів масажу, нетрадиційних методів лікування, дієтотерапії, пропріоцептивної гімнастики та мозочковій стимуляції, є можливість ефективно впливати на рухові розлади та праксис дітей із спектром аутизму. Отже, комплексна програма фізичної терапії, в сукупності засобів реабілітації: лікувальної гімнастики, масажу, сенсорної терапії, рухливих ігор, нетрадиційних засобів лікування, та дієтотерапії неодмінно має позитивний вплив на розвиток сенсорної інтеграції у дітей із розладами аутистичного спектру, що позначається у поліпшенні загального фізичного та психоемоційного стану, розвитку сенсорної системи та комунікативних здібностей. Autism is a developmental disorder characterized by extreme loneliness of children, pathology of their psychological relationship, a certain stereotype in behavior, fear of new changes, the number of similarity of emotional operations, desires and interests. A special, extremely characteristic type of mental dysontogenesis. Sensory integration affects all areas and functions of psychomotor development of the child. Thanks to a variety of exercises in sensory integration and a wide range of applications of motor games, various types of massage, non-traditional treatments, diet, proprioceptive gymnastics and cerebellar stimulation, it is possible to effectively influence motor disorders and praxis of children with autism. Thus, a comprehensive program of physical therapy, in combination with rehabilitation: gymnastics, massage, sensory therapy, mobile games, alternative therapies, and diet therapy certainly has a positive impact on the development of sensory integration in children with autism spectrum disorders, which affects the improvement of general physical and psycho-emotional state, development of sensory system and communication skills.
