    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню олімпійської освіти як фактору розвитку особистості. Аналіз отриманих результатів засвідчив, що основу термінальних цінностей школярів наприкінці дослідження складають наступні: упевненість у собі, наявність відданих та вірних друзів, суспільне визнання тощо. Аналіз результатів засвідчив, що заходи олімпійської освіти збільшують значення цінностей особистісного характеру, таких як сміливість у відстоюванні власної думки, чесність, самоконтроль. І надають можливість ефективного використання складових олімпійської освіти в освітньо-виховному процесі закладів середньої освіти з метою розвитку особистісних якостей школярів. Qualification work is devoted to the study of Olympic education as a factor in personal development. The analysis of the obtained results showed that the basis of the terminal values of schoolchildren at the end of the study are the following: self-confidence, the presence of loyal and faithful friends, public recognition and so on. The analysis of the results showed that the measures of Olympic education increase the value of personal values, such as courage in defending one's own opinion, honesty, self-control. And provide an opportunity to effectively use the components of Olympic education in the educational process of secondary education in order to develop the personal qualities of students.
