    СУЧАСНІ СТРАТЕГІЇ ПОДОЛАННЯ Β-ЛАКТАМНОЇ РЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТІ БАКТЕРІЙ: ХІМІЧНІ ПІДХОДИ ТА МЕХАНІЗМИ ДІЇ ІНГІБІТОРІВ Β-ЛАКТАМАЗ

    Робота присвячена аналізу сучасних підходів до подолання β-лактамної резистентності бактерій, що є однією з ключових проблем антимікробної терапії. Розглянуто основні механізми резистентності, зокрема продукцію β-лактамаз різних класів, зміну мішеней дії антибіотиків та зниження проникності клітинної стінки. Проаналізовано хімічні підходи до створення ефективних інгібіторів β-лактамаз, їхню структуру, механізми дії та спектр активності. Окрему увагу приділено комбінованим препаратам та перспективним напрямам розробки нових інгібіторів. The study focuses on modern strategies to overcome β-lactam resistance in bacteria, a major challenge in antimicrobial therapy. The main resistance mechanisms are analyzed, including the production of various classes of β-lactamases, modification of antibiotic targets, and reduced cell wall permeability. Chemical approaches to the development of effective β-lactamase inhibitors are considered, including their structure, mechanisms of action, and activity spectrum. Particular attention is given to combination therapies and перспективні directions for novel inhibitor design.
