    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному аналізу аналіз теоретико-прикладних засад діяльності військової служби правопорядку у Збройних Силах України. В роботі проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання та принципи діяльності військової служби правопорядку у ЗСУ; охарактеризовано повноваження Служби правопорядку військової служби правопорядку у збройних силах України; розкрито структуру та повноваження військової служби правопорядку у збройних силах України; проаналізовано механізм реалізацію режиму законності у діяльності військової служби правопорядку ЗСУ; досліджено напрями розвитку військової служби правопорядку Збройних сил України. Qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and applied principles of the military law enforcement service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The paper analyzes the legal regulation and principles of the military law enforcement service in the Armed Forces; the powers of the Law Enforcement Service of the Military Law Enforcement Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine are characterized; the structure and powers of the military service of law and order in the armed forces of Ukraine are revealed; the mechanism of realization of the regime of legality in the activity of the military law enforcement service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is analyzed; the directions of development of the military law enforcement service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are investigated.
