В.Десерт - велике поняття, що походить від давньо-французького desservir (прибирати зі столу). Десерти – традиційне доповнення будь-якого меню та прикраса святкового столу; вони не лише смачні, а й корисні. Десертом може бути все, що подається після основної страви: фрукти, ягоди, горіхи, соки тощо. Dessert is a big concept, which comes from the Old French desservir (to remove from the table). Desserts are a traditional addition to any menu and decoration of the festive table; they are not only tasty, but also healthy. Dessert can be anything served after the main course: fruits, berries, nuts, juices, etc.
