    ЕКОЛОГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ТА ПЛАНУВАННЯ ТЕРИТОРІЯМИ: МЕТА, ЗАВДАННЯ, ІНСТРУМЕНТИ

    Екологічне управління та планування територіями – це комплекс заходів, спрямованих на раціональне використання природних ресурсів, збереження біорізноманіття та запобігання негативному впливу господарської діяльності на довкілля. Завдання планування територій тісно пов’язані з характером сучасного і перспективного природокористування. Територіальні особливості формують специфічні мозаїки з екологічних проблем в системі взаємодії «природа-населення-господарство». Сучасний досвід просторових екологічних досліджень демонструє високий потенціал екологічного районування як інформаційного підґрунтя розробки регіональних планів та схем територіального планування. На матеріалах Івано Франківської області України проаналізовано можливості просторового аналізу диференціації окремих показників для завдань екологічного управління та планування територіями. Environmental management and planning of territories is a set of measures aimed at the rational use of natural resources, conservation of biodiversity and prevention of negative impact of economic activity on the environment. Territory planning tasks are closely related to the nature of current and future nature management. Territorial features form specific mosaics of environmental problems in the system of interaction “nature-population-economy”. The current experience of spatial environmental research demonstrates the high potential of environmental zoning as an information basis for the development of regional plans and territorial planning schemes. The article analyzes the possibilities of spatial analysis of the differentiation of individual indicators for the tasks of environmental management and planning of territories on the basis of the Ivano-Frankivsk region of Ukraine.
