    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню правової природи та особливостей правоваих характеристик сторін у кримінальному процесі. В ході дослідження було виявлено проблеми судового призначення та проведення експертиз в розгляді сімейних справ та розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення правового механізму призначення та проведення експертиз у судовому розгляді сімейних справ. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the legal nature and peculiarities of the appointing and conducting examination in family court proceedings. During the study, the problems of judicial appointment and examination in family cases were identified and proposals were developed to improve the legal mechanism for appointing and conducting examinations in family cases.
